The LodeMaster belt weigher is designed and manufactured entirely in house in the UK. Customer who require special inputs or outputs or weight units not readily available in standard units can be accommodated quite easily, and usually at no extra cost.
The LodeMaster Electronics is housed in an IP65 enclosure. Other enclosures are available.
Lodestone have the facilities to manufacture idlers to suite most applications. Generally our load cells and idlers fit standard idler sets. On some occasions, specially designed idler sets are required, selection of which can be seen here.
The LodeMaster human interface is a large character display, which is backlit and easy to read. Data entry is via a simple menu structure and four large buttons.
Depending on the accuracy and repeatability required, Lodestone produce a series of weigh bridges from single idler systems for accuracies of 1 to 2%, dual idler system for 0.5 to 1% and four idler systems for better than 0.5% accuracy.
Lodestone also produce manufacture and badge its products for other manufacturers.

Belt Slip Detection
Lodestone Manufacture belt slip detectors to be used in conjunction with our jockey wheel tachometer. An input is available for start up procedures in order for the interlock relay to operate before the pulses arrive from the tachometer. It can also be interfaced to other digital pulsing rotation sensors.
Large character Display
Lodestone produce large displays which interface directly into all our products to give high visibility from a distance. The display can be set to rate of flow or totalised tonnes or other information. This needs to be specified at the time of order.
