Loadout control system

The Lodestone Loadout Control System receives weigh information from the LodeMaster belt weigher and controls the feed from a dispensing system into lorries, dumpers, trains and other containers. An “inflight” compensation facility is available to stop the feed at the correct time so that the target weight is always accurate. This is particularly useful when the weighing equipment is some distance from the discharge point and stops the feed before the entire batch has been weighed. If a system has multiple feed points, then multiple inflight compensation values are available. As the inflight material on the conveyor can vary in some cases, the system as an option, can measure this variance, and modify the inflight value accordingly.

Lodestone can also supply loadout control based on time. This system controls the feed and bases the amount of material to be dispensed on previous test loads. Although not as accurate as the weighing loadout controller, it is a cheaper option and is often used for filling dumpers to reduce spillage.
